Do you offer hourly service?
Yes. We offer airport pick-up and drop-off, point-to-point transportation and hourly rides. Choose the option that fits when you request a quote.
Can you provide a police escort or security?
Yes. We are the only company able to offer off-duty police officers and security guards for clients who require them, including professional team owners, college teams, entertainers and politicians.
Do you work with private jet terminals (FBOs)?
Yes. Private aviation is our specialty. We have 30 years of experience in private aviation ground transportation and are the preferred vendor at every FBO in Chicago.
What happens if my flight is early or delayed?
Our drivers use flight tracking software, so they see your aircraft's ETA and any delays. They are required to check in 30 minutes before the plane arrives, and assistants can follow the driver's GPS location.
Will someone meet us on arrival?
Yes. A greeter meets passengers on arrival, so no one is left looking for their driver.
How large a group can you move?
Our fleet of over 30 vehicles runs from luxury sedans and SUVs to Sprinter and Transit vans, 25 to 40 passenger buses, ADA-equipped buses with two wheelchair positions, and 55 and 57 passenger coaches.
